Autonomous iOt Announce a Collaboration with ScotRail

Autonomous iOt, are excited to announce a collaboration with ScotRail, to showcase their latest product at Robroyston Station, Glasgow.

Dedicated to fighting climate change, we design and manufacture an intelligent technology platform of products powered by renewable energy offering lighting, communications, monitoring and analytics with value added services that are Meta City ready. We are already established throughout the UK with plans to expand internationally.

A call for more sustainable energy use, to light the parking area drew ScotRail's attention to Autonomous iOt's products. The product being trialled includes environmental sensors and a decision-making engine that can provide real-time alert information when ice is present on roads, paths, and car parks to alert when to grit surfaces, and their 360-degree cameras, which can provide several aspects of security in their parking area including geofencing.

Poul Wend Hansen, ScotRail Head of Sustainability, said: "We're really looking forward to seeing the outcomes of our trial of the Autonomous Intelligent Platform at

Robroyston station."

"This state-of-the-art system not only delivers a more energy efficient lighting solution by harnessing wind and solar energy to provide LED lighting, but it can also help to improve our customers' experience as the camera system can monitor and provide analytics on the station environment, car park, and bike storage."
